Ummm, if I put my zealous, max fortitude, and 15^50 into a blue item it stays blue right? I'm convinced it won't but I don't really want to experiment with that 'cause it's a lot of money lol.

This would probably be better served in the Q&A forum...

I wondering why you care about the color of an item, seeing as its damage would be unchanged, no? When I've added insighftul staff heads to collectors' items, they remain blue (I'm assuming you're asking about a non-collector blue, which I can't say much about)

does it matter what friggen color the lettering is?

Yes it stays blue, but who are you gonna impress with blue vs gold letters?

Yes. Golds are simply more prestiguous than blues, greens or purples.

Either the person he's gonna sell it to, or himself.

EDIT: It stays blue.

Gold only shows one thing..and only when it just dropped.

Gold shows that modifiers on the weapon will be perfect or near perfect.

Well, obviously but if someone shows you two weapons which are exactly the same in every way apart from one being blue and another being gold which one would you prefer?
