When I first started playing GW (about last year at this time) it ran just fine, my video card isnt very good (ati mobility radeon 9200/9250) but it ran GW on high at 1024x768, and just recently I decided to get Nightfall and start playing again, I've noticed that my FPS has suffered greatly, and the sound is at a very low quality. On very poor quality it still suffers from frames lag, I'm sure there is an underlying problem somewhere that I'm not seeing, I have the most recent drivers for my card.

Video and Sounds Quality is not completely dependant upon your graphics cards. While graphics cards is a big factor, RAM and Processor speed also play a factor. It may be that you have too many background programs running thusly sucking up RAM. The reason i say this is because you said the sound quality is bad. And since sound cards have not drastically changed really in the past couple years, it means that A) you dont have enough memory to call both the graphics and the sound at the same time or B) your processor can't handle the load placed on it by the game or C) a combination of both.

Could you share any other specs on your computer?

Sorry the other specs might have helped, 3.06 GHZ Pentium-D and 1gig of ram, I close the background programs that aren't necessary too. I just put the game on windowed and seen a significant increase in FPS, but still lags in fullscreen

Sounds like you are trying to play GW on a laptop. Although some can play when the graphics settings are turned down, others just will not be up to the task. Try to upgrade your computer to 1 gig of system ram and see if that helps.

It's a PC, I do have a gig of ram. Windowed mode has helped out significantly, i think im just going to play it on windowed until i get a new card.
