PC on a req 8 Chaos axe

I am aware of the thread on the baseline prices for rare-skinned weapons, but with the current dynamic situation I would like to make sure that it is not very far off the mark. As we know, the req 8 weapons do not drop in Nightfall, so does this mean that req 8 weapons now are more relatively rare than before?

To the point, my axe:

chaos
req 8
15^50
vampiric (3/-1)
+7 vs elemental damage
(obviously non-inscribable)

I would appreciate your opinions on the current market value of this item. I don't want to ask too much for it but I also wouldn't wish to get less than it may fairly cost...

Req8 drop in NF but they are just rare as r7 in other campaigns

180k~ is quite comfortable.

id provbly say between 175-200k is a relatively easy sale
