Well, I found out my problem with buying character slots, and the GOTY upgrade. It appears that NC soft has moved their, Billing( Financial Status)
to the United Kingdom. Bad news for me is that with no other way, except for my Atm/Visa debit card I cant purchase anything from the online store now.
If your card gets refused error code=1751104, and you know its good then this maybe the reason. I have contacted my bank, and have contacted support, so I'm just wating on an answer from support on what can be done.
They really need to get with the program and start using PayPal on this because alot of people will probably run into this now.
My bank said it was refused because of fraud prevention, or they have had problems with fraud before...
