Move Monk to Nightfall?

So I have a level 20 monk... my original character made almost a year ago (yes, I still have him) and he's awesome. 55 build, etc. etc., items, all that.

Is it possible for me to use him in nightfall? I would have sworn I saw a level 20 Paragon (spelling) in the Great Northern Wall mission outpost the other day, so it got me thinking?

Can I? And if so - how?

1. Buy Nightfall
2. Merge your Nightfall account to your Prophecies account
3. Take and complete the 'challenge' quests that allow you to move your characters to Nightfall. (Available in Lions Arch)
