Hey...can sumone tell me how to report sumone for scamming/racism....its mostly the scamming part im worried about bcuz he took my money...but could sumone tell me how to report him...i have a screenshot of him admitting to it....ty in advanced

How exactly did you get scammed? Because if it was a stupid mistake on your part, I'm pretty sure Anet won't do anything about that.

he said to give half money outside beacons...half money at droks...me and everyone else gave money outside beacons...he ran over as if about to go out and start the run...then quit....came in on another name into beacons and said....Hey everyone its (whatever his last name was)....i scammed you guys good...and sum more stuff....

@Covah - sorry to contradict you but, now, it's very hard to find a runner who will accept to be paid at droknar, this because lots of people would not pay at droknar.
So the only thing to do is to trust both; the runner and the people who need to be runned and pay in instalments.
I was lucky, my last run was good everyone was honest!

Um, no. Rarely anyone lets you pay at Drok's and you should never pay outside of Beacons.
That's why it's half at Snake Dance and half at Rankor.
Rankor is close enough that there really isn't much reason for a runner not to complete the run and if they don't it's still plenty easy to fight there.
If the person doesn't pay it's the least amount of money possible lost. Plus, if you're a good/friendly/polite runner I find that usually someone will pick up the slack.
