I have 2 req 9 inscriptable fellbades selling within the next 24 hours in my thread on the sell forum. Bids at the moment are 30 and 50K - go look for the thread if you want to throw in a bid. Both swords are 15^50, but a +5 energy inscription costs about 3-5K nowadays and I can even throw one on there myself if you happen to be succesful.
