PC on magmas shield (req 8)

I chechked the rare weapons thread, but there is no req 8, only req 9 wich goes from 100k-1000k

So is it safe to day that i can get 1000k for this?

i dont think this is worth 1000k, since it has no upgrades

hmm this is a white req 8
you will need a gold req 8 with 2 perfect mods for round the 1000K
you can sell it for 2K max i think
