
A concept class in the form of an adrenaline based caster.
Appearances will be a lot like the necromancer. But while the necromancer is the calm stoïc person the fury is the power crazy mage. The Nightfall necromancer armors are a good idea. But The Fury's armors would inlcude more gold instead of black. Helmets would be demon masks. Golden masks crafted in the image of a vile demon.
In addition to this they will be highly pet dependant. Their spells will be fueled by adrenaline and their primary attribute will allow them to gain adrenaline whenever their pet hits a foe.
They would have 60AL, 25 energy and 3 energy regen.
Their Attributes:
Demanology - Primary, whenever your pet ( ranger pets and fury pets, no other pets. ) hits with an attack you gain 2 points of adrenaline. In addition to this skills linked to Demanology become stronger. Your demon does more damage based on this attribute.
Chaos Magic - Adrenaline based buffs and debuffs.
Dark Magic - Adrenaline based direct damage.
Possesion - The calling of dark spirits. ( better name? this basically is the opposite of wilderness survival. )
Demanology Skills:
- Call Imp, Call forth an infernal Imp from the mists. Calling spell, 3 second cast time, 30 second recharge, 10 energy. The Imp looks much like a Grasp of Insanity. It's a weak melee fighter. You can only have 1 demon active at any time.
- Enrage Demon, skill, instant, 5 second recharge, 5 energy. Your demon goes into a raging frenzy attacking twice as fast but taking double damage.
- Brothers in Darkness [Elite], stance, 45 second recharge, 10 energy. For 10 seconds whenever a minion ally ( all ranger pets, demon, animated undead and spirits ) hit a foe you gain 1...5...6 points of adrenaline.
- Call Felbeast [Elite], Call forth an infernal Felbeast from the mists. Calling spell, 5 second cast time, 60 second recharge, 25 energy. The Felbeast looks like a hound version of the blade of corruption. It's a very strong melee opponent, much like the flesh golem.
Chaos Magic Skills:
- Torment Flesh, hex spell, 1 second cast time, 4 adrenaline. Target foe suffers 1...2...3 health degeneration for 5...8...10 seconds
- Chaos Shield, Enchantment spell, 1 second cast time, 7 adrenaline. Target other ally is enchanted with a chaos shield. For 5...8...10 seconds whenever he is hit by an attack that attacker suffers 10...25...30 damage and that ally suffers 4...10...12 damage.
- Dark Desires[Elite], hex spell, 2 second cast time, 8 adrenaline. Target foe is enchanted with Dark Desires for 10...16...20 seconds. Whenever that foe hits with an attack he also hits his nearest other ally with that same attack.
Dark Magic:
- Chaos Bolt, spell, 3/4 second cast time, 3 adrenaline. Launch a chaos bolt at target foe. This deals 15...40...50 dark damage if it hits.
- Dark Vortex, spell, 2 second cast time, 8 adrenaline. Summon a chaos vortex at target foe's location. For 5 seconds all foes adjacent to this location suffer 10...25...30 dark damage every second and move 50% slower.
- Unleash the Rage [Elite]. Spell, 1 second cast time, 10 adrenaline. Lose all adrenaline. Target foe and all foes in his area suffer 15...40...50 dark damage for every fully charged adrenal skill you had ( Max 150 damage. )
Possesion:
- Grasping Shadows, dark ritual. 3 second cast time. 10 energy. 45 second recharge. Summon a lvl 1...6...8 spirit of grasping shadows. All creatures within its range mover 10% slower. This spirit dies after 15...30...40 seconds.
- Raging Power, dark ritual, 5 second cast time, 15 energy. 60 second recharge. Summon a lvl 1...6...8 spirit of raging power. All creatures within it's range deal 1%...12%...16% more damage with adrenaline skills. This spirit dies after 10...25...30 seconds.
