um yeah i went there and the door was closed i think so how do u get in any way?

Did you do the Jokanur Diggings mission yet? Pretty sure you have to do the mission first. And that you need the hero Melonni.

You need the mission done yea i think, but you only need Melonni for the mission, not entering the explorable afterwards.
