It is a rare skin.
They are so rare and come in so many varieties (they come in any form of magic from Ele to monk, rit, necro, etc) that they can be hard to PC.
Divine Favor makes a good general monk staff and it is fortunate to have the 10% for all (since few monks go all Divine Favor).
I would price it in the 50-80k range due to the low req. In general, the higher price takes more patience.
