Symon's History of Ascalon Quest ...

Just out of curiosity ..
I was collecting a few Gargoyle Skulls around Ascalon a minute ago .. and i found this quest i ve never seen before ^^



Is it a quest added in a recent update or something or there is something i did to "activate" it ? I havent been playing for a while and i ve never heard of this (very easy) quest

I can't remember if you have to level up or reach a certain area before it activates. At any rate you won't see it normally your first time through post-sear Ascalon.

Well, that char has completed the final missions and since then, this is not the first time i get back here :/

The quest's been around at least since August, that being when I first did it (that also being when I started playing). It's easy to miss, because to activate it you must (a) have finished the Cities of Ascalon quest and then (b) talk to Witness whossname out by the Ambassador, and generally by the time you finish Cities you're off towards Yak's, and you don't go wandering around just outside the AC gates much

In my experience, it has been there since the beginning. I spent my first character going through everything I could.
