What does that "plus" mean on the builds?

Lol, I'm pretty sure this answer is really, REALLY simple. But I want to be sure about what does this mean:

Blood Magic 12+3+1...

"+3+1"?

Equipment bonuses? Skill/Quests bonuses?

its the extra atrubutes added on from armour, or runes.
usually runes, but on helmets usually there can be a +1 attrubute, like swordmanship helmet.

Equipment / Rune bonuses.

12+3+1 = 12 base, Superior Rune, +1 Headpiece bonus.

the +3 is a superior rune, and the +1 is from a headpiece

e.g. blood magic 12 + superior blood magic rune + blood magic headpiece

Thank you for the fast replies! And btw, I played WoW since closed beta (+ than 2 years), 3rd day on Guild Wars and man, I LUV THIS GAME! hehe, just to add my 2c on the neverending war between WoW and GW =)
