I've heard Jagged Spammers are popular in HA/GvG now. What exactly are Jagged Spammers? I've heard that they use Animate Bone Minions, cast Jagged Bones on them, Taste of Death them for massive Soul Reaping bonus for the party, and repeat. Is it more complicated?

It's not that useful in HA... I faced number of groups with it. And it's split into 2 Necs:
1. OOU with the minions and sac/heal (most of them go for like 105 hp).
2. Jagged Bones with some Putrid and Nova, some summonings, but mostly casting stuff on the first nec's minions.

The rest of the team is usually 2 monks, 1 for healing hero (especially in altar holding) and 1 for the OOU nec. Bring a Paragon for some offensive stuff to boost up the minions. Grab either a Ranger (spirits and interrupt, maybe a little trap here and there) or a N/Rt Spirit Spammer.

I went against one.... easy to kill. Drop in and use Unsuspecting Strike on the OOU nec, the minions went wild and owned their team -.-
And yes, I use Sin in HA =)
