XP Bounty + Scrolls does not stack correctly

OK, I have been really busy trying to get my Lightbringer title maxed (I am only rank 6/Conquering Commander). I frequently farm LB promo points in Nightfallen Jahai. Recently I had the bright idea to bring some XP scrolls because I was running low on skill points. So I grabbed a Scroll of Rampager's insight (double XP) to see if I could really ring up the XP points with the bounty. Here are the results:

Normal XP for a Level 28 Torment: 29
Double XP from the LB Bounty: 58
Double XP from Scroll: 102 <<-- expected 116 (58 *2)

so then I got curious and got a triple XP scroll and the result was the same! The scrolls work as expected by themselves as does the Lightbringer bounty, just not stacked (although it is currently allowed). Occasionally, a Word Of Madness will give me the 116 XP points, but I can't figure out the pattern of when that occurs.

update: I submitted this bug to support and it is under investigation.

If they do anything I expect them to nerf the exp you were getting.

It should only double the original exp twice not quadruple it. Since you get the 29 from the first already. 29 x 3 = 87

exp is capped. You can only get a certain amount of experience from any monster, and your party size effects this. (the only exception I have seen is bosses, which can give 400 xp I believe.)

You probably saw 116 when on of your henches was dead or was too far back to get exp from that kill.

that is not the right formula, you have to double XP and the result of that gets doubled like this:

(29 * 2) * 2

I am thinking there is a cap on the amount of XP u can recieve except for bosses, which seems to be much higher (I have not figured out if the xp thing doesnt work correctly with bosses yet).

How many party members did you have?

It depends on party members, your level, the creatures level, and whether or not it is a boss. You probably were facing a higher level Word of Madness or you had a party member out of range of the kill.
