Death magic focus must have max energy (+12), must be req 7 or 8, and have any 2 of the following:
+ health (preferred)
+ armor (preferred)
half casting time
half recharge time
For the sickle, req doesnt matter. Must have +5 energy (inscription or non-inscription doesnt matter), and 20% longer enchants would be nice, but not required.
