This build is for experianced players, you have to know when to release enchantments and keep them. One wrong move can kill you. Do no attempt to use skills when facing interrupters, especially mesmers.

Tactics in PvE.
Cast faithful intervention to Resist a deadly spike. Quickly ram groups and cast Heart of holy flame and grenth's fingers. Now you have 3 Enchantments active, you will be able to Rapidly Heal yourself for 150. Or heal Teammates wich i randomly do. Use only Avatar of Dwayna when you are in a tight battles. Dwayna will heal you for 55+150.
when your skills have recharged, you may cast Release enchantments to trigger cripple effect on adjucent targets, and burning effect. Notice that you will Gain Allot of energy for it and Energy.
Use chilling victory when foe reaches low health. Or when your energy is Good enough.
NOTE: Do not use Release enchantments when your skills have no Recharged. This can lead you to Instant death in groups.
NOTE: Mesmers can easily interrupt you, So be careful.

Since Release Enchantments only heals you for each monk enchantment removed, and you have none of those, wouldn't Mystic Sandstorm be better? It deals a nice chunk of damage.
As for the build, I don't think it looks that great. I haven't tried it so I could be wrong, but it looks like a half-assed melee build with a fail-prone bomb component. What's the main purpose? Healing yourself?

If you're looking to keep yourself alive then great, otherwise it's not so good. Also, you're wasting points in Wind Prayers with the idea of using Dwayna's Touch. Monks should be able to keep you alive in PvE; I wouldn't play my dervish any other way.
