I REALLY need help!

I have been stuck for couple days on my Guild Wars : Nightfall character (paragon/elementalist). I am at the point where I have visited Sunspear, Champions, Astralarium, and Jokanur. I have done, or at least think that I have done all the quests/missions. The problem is, I am 25 promotional points away from the next promotion and I cannot get into any more cities/towns to do more quests. I have ran all over the map at least twice trying to find people to give me quests, but to no avail. Can anyone help? The game is awesome, but I am bored of just running around. BTW, I am level 14.

Bounties. Talk to the guys by the res shrines and get the bounty for killing certain monster types. Then kill said monster types.

When you leave a town, you'll see a ressurection shrine close by. This is always the case. And next to them you will see an NPC. Talk to them, and there will be an option you can select that will say something along the lines of "For every insect you slay, you receive 2 suspear promotional points". Look for those NPCs, select the "bounty", and do some farming. As far as where exactly the ones are that you need, I dont know for sure. Just exit a town where you received a suspear quest and you should find one.

There's little you can do because the sunspear scouts probably won't let you gain sunspear points because your level is too high. Go to Champion's dawn and ask a non-elonian char to group with you for the quest A land of Heroes. You should get more than 250 sunspear points after you finish the quest. I might be on later tonight and I will check if I can get that quest.

Nah, I have done all my quests/missions/leveling all myself. I have only partied with heroes and henchies.

If you've done Jokanur Diggings and all the quests resulting after that, then you've unlocked Beknur Harbor (and after that, Kodlonu Hamlet) so you're not not stuck -- unless you've missed a primary somewhere on the way. There's Latehnda Bog and Blacktide Den, as well, south of Jokanur that you should about be at at level 14.........
