Accept/Decline Friends

I think there should be some type of accept dialog for people when they get added to a friends list. Like any IM program you have to accept to see the eprson. I think that might be a bit better then the current system. That way nobody will randomly add another player and they don't have to ask, which is courtesy.

Why does it matter if someone adds you as a friend?

If they start bothering you with PMs, there's always ignore...
