About the wintersday finale...

I have some questions about the wintersday finale.

1: Will the masks in Elona be different from the ones in Tyria?

2: If so, we need to be online like 8 hours that day? (2 hours before grenth/dwayna come again)

3: Will something be done to make clear which district is Dwayna and Grenth? (Last year, Grenth had some trouble winning against Dwayna in most districts)

4: Will the event start after 24:00 (Start of 1 January), and end on 24:00 (Start of 2 January), or will there be less time?

Also i believe she said the Kamadan event will start 15 minutes after the LA event starts but dont quote me on that
