spear mastery +1 (chance:20%)
Damage +15%(while health is above 50%)

Blazing wing wand of memory
dmg 11-22 (require 9 fire magic)
energy+5(while health is above 50%)
Halve Skill recharge of fire magic spell(chance 19%)

Well im no expert but the sundering and 15^50 mods are the most valuble so you should try to salvage both. that will get u at least 30k

idk about hat wand but the eng +5^50 is maybe worth 1k?
