I've always wanted this feature added and I wish the devs would implement it. So many people have multiple accounts and want to move chars between them. I doubt it will ever happen though because it would probably start a trend of selling individual chars on ebay.

Or scum sucking dirtbag hacks acct X from player Y and then has characters A-D transfered to his account. Player Y logs in and goes WTF!
