Hello, Thanks for contacting the PlayNC Support Team regarding a potential rules violation. Guild Wars has two features that players can use to shield themselves from this type of misbehavior. The first is our chat filter system. You can adjust this filter by opening your Options menu ("F11" on your keyboard when logged into the game) and adjusting the setting to either "None," "Normal," or "Maximum." The second is our Ignore feature, which can be accessed through the Friends list ("N" on your keyboard when logged into the game). You can add a player to the Ignore list by typing their name into the "Ignored" box and pressing Enter. You will ignore all the characters on that character's account. Please note that there is a limited number of names that can be added to your Ignore list. We have reviewed the game logs of this incident and taken the appropriate action based on the information from the logs. Due to privacy concerns, we will not be able to provide any additional information regarding this report. That is to say, we cannot reveal what action, if any, was taken, nor if the actual violation was confirmed. Also, we are unable to reimburse you for any items or gold that may have been lost as the result of a transaction with another player. However, please be assured that the Guild Wars team takes User Agreement and Rules of Conduct violations very seriously. We are dedicated to maintaining an enjoyable playing environment.
