i need some help with my n/e i want to make it into a good farmer but dont have very many skills im over in magmu junle or watever its called any advice o he is lvl 17

In the long run, you'll probably want to switch over to N/Mo, cap Spiteful Spirit, and set yourself up with a 55 build, but you're probably about 5-7 missions away from being able to do that. So, perhaps the best advice is just to keep pushing on through the game for now.
However, if you need cash badly, there are a couple of fairly low-level places you can farm in the meantime. In Anvil Rock just outside of Ice Tooth Cave, there are level 10 Minotaurs that are fairly easy to kill. Armor of Earth, Life Siphon, and Vampiric Gaze together with some wand attacks ought to be enough to kill them so long as you only aggro one group at a time. It's not going to make you rich, but you should be able to make about 1k over the course of an hour. Assuming you can do that easily, other things to try are the Ettins east of Beetletun, the Undead in the Gates of Kryta mission, and the Forest Minotaurs south of the Temple of Ages near the warp to Kessex Peak.
