missing access key #

Hi, first off no I did not DL this or copy the game. I just bought it last night at Wal-mart. The problem I have is I only have 24 letters and numbers, im suppose to have 25. I scratched it all off but only have 24. Does anyone know what I should do? I do not want to go buy another copy. Also anyone who might can help I can take of pic of this so you know im legit on it. Thank you.

Do not take a picture of the key and post it. Ever.

Contact Support. www.guildwars.com > support, select your language, create and account, then select the support you need. Probably account support, and go from there.

i agree don't ever "give out" you account number, email address, or password to anyone other than Anet support staff(guildwars people)

to answer your question your best bet is to contact guildwars like the above post mentions.
