Can someone please help me out?

A few days ago i tried out the 130hp dervish farming. Coz I only have Factions and Nightfall, I had to redo the skillset so it was:

Protective Spirit
Mystic Regeneration (+4 regen/enchantment)
Zealous Vow (-4 Energy regen, 5 energy/hit)
Mystic Sweep
Eremite's Attack
Victorious Sweep
Rending Sweep
(4 attack skills, 4 sec recharge each, i can keep it up indefinately)
Faithful Intervention (just to add +4 to Mystic Regeneration)

Now, the build works fine save one thing - enemy healers. I just cant keep up with their healing. And since they seem to be everywhere, I can't really farm anything. So if anyone could help me out. How to 55 monks do it? How am I supposed to kill their monks?

55 monks use Sympathetic Visage and Ancestor's Visage to drain healer energy for which you need to be Mesmer sec
Scourge Healing is the only skill I can think that can help,
I dont have a Dervish so I dont know if they have any usfull skill
