PC on a perfect shadow bow

Ok this bow is awesome, but I don't know how to do screenies so I'll just describe it.

15-28 dmg, req 9 marksmanship
15^50
Zealous Mod (energy gain on hit +1, energy regen -1)
Marksmanship +1 (20%)

I can add a health+28 mod instead of keeping the marksmanship mod on there. So does anyone have an idea of its value? And should I put on a slightly flawed fortitude mod or keep the current mods?

mods don't add to the value of a weapon. espically if its a night fall, cause now you can change the insigna, and the you can always add mods.

It's not a Nightfall weapon, it's a fow weapon, meaning it came from prophecies and therefore cannot be inscribed. I think all shadow bows are like that. Does that increase the value at all?
