question about "frustration"
Dutch Masterr
this skill adds extra damage when you interupt a target. it specificaly says that it adds damage when you interupt a spell, but ive heard it can be used with skills like clumsiness and ineptitude to add damage...is this true?
lightblade
Yes. Frustration's damage will trigger whenever target is interrupted...(blackout and kd still need to be tested)
Dutch Masterr
i actually just tested it with the skills ineptitude, clumsiness and signet of clumsiness. frustration only triggered on clumsiness and signet of clumsiness because those actually "interupt" the target. ineptitude doesnt interupt, they just take damage.
Utaku
Ineptitude does not interrupt, it blinds just before the attack lands, which means 90% chance the attack will miss.
Frustration does trigger if target in knocked down while attacking or using any non-stance skill.

the fact it adds damage to attacking targets with knockdown, that gives me a great idea for a me/mo or me/n build....im not sure of the attributes yet, but heres the idea-
16 illusion, 9 fast cast?, 10 or 11 inspiration?, rest in smiting prayers/curses (respectivley)
skills for me/mo-frustration, clumsiness, signet of clumsiness, bane signet(monk), ineptitude (elite), conjure phantasm, energy trap, ether feast (or images of remorse/distortion)
skills for me/n-frustration, clumsiness, signet of clumsiness, soul bind (necro elite), energy trap, conjure phantasm, images of remorse, ether feast (or distortion)
for me/mo be sure to cast ineptitude LAST, so whoever is attacking you doesnt run away due to the blind, and it will finish the off with 142 damage easily.
for me/n cast soul bind first (after frustration of course) so it will be recharged by the time you have used sig of clumsiness and clumsiness.
for both, remember you can spam images of remorse for about 55 damage to attacking targets. these builds do NOT work against PvP casters so just spam degen on them, but they does on PvE casters because they attack with their wands/staves. of course, if you see a caster attacking in PvP, just give them a nice taste of any of those anti-tank skills =)

I would go frustration and psychich distraction
16 dom and 10 illusion or so

i just tested frustration with knockdown and it does not work, making the build i posted useless. i did however make a good me/mo build...
16 illusion, 9 fast cast, 10 inspiration, 9 smiting prayers
skills-frustration, clumsiness, signet of clumsiness, ineptitude, bane signet, stonesoul strike, energy trap, ether feast....i use this for AB
dont let whoever your attacking know you have ineptitude on your bar until he is almost dead, otherwise they might just run away because of the blind or just because of the fact that you have it in the first place.

Here is the build I play, very similar, but with more caster shut down :
Illusion : 16
Inspiration : 12
Fast casting : 7
[skill]Frustration[/skill][skill]Conjure Phantasm[/skill][skill]Signet of Clumsiness[/skill][skill]Clumsiness[/skill][skill]Ineptitude[/skill][skill]Power Return[/skill][skill]Power Drain[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Power return reload is 5s. You can almost interrupt all spells from a necro or an el. Then they will start wanding at you, and get smashed by ineptitude.

That Illusion build seems nice, but I'll say what I think. The energy management is mediocre with the signet and Power Drain. The setback on Power Drain is the long recharge. When you use Psychich Distraction, you can interrupt any skill and have all skills recharged in 8 seconds. PD has a 2 second recharge itself, so it's a great spammer. And it disables skills with 12(!) seconds. My build will have a little less damage, but more interrupts, shuts down casters like heck and has easier energy management.
I use only 1 Fast Casting, but that's because it's a rune, lost on my armor and because all these spells are a quarter second casting time. Except for frustration and Guilt then, but you'll manage.
1 Fast Casting
12 Illusion Magic
16 Domination Magic
7 Inspiration Magic
Psychich Distraction, Cry of Frustration, Shatter Enchantment, Power Drain, Guilt, Frustration, Power Leak, Ressurection Signet.
Guilt can be replaced by Shame if you want to concentrate on Ritualists or Monks more. This will not interrupt attacks, but is a bane to Healing Signet after you have demolished their casters. I would use Power Leak first, it'll make them witty and see that they still got enough energy. Than you rape them with the other interrupts. The 50% longer casting time from Frustration wasn't a thing to waste on Warriors, Paragons etc. Plus, with this, you can interrupt a skill of them every 2 seconds too.
Tell me what you think. And if you mainly wanted a warrior bane, sorry then

Tell me what you think. And if you mainly wanted a warrior bane, sorry then I aggree with that. My build is mainly for Radom Arenas, which are crowded with attackers.
