Frozen Ectoplasm Melting?

I was trying to sell some frzn ectoplasm and someone pm'd me saying that after Jan 1st that it would melt and become ecto.

If thats the case why isnt everyone and there mother trying to buy up all the frzn ecto.

So is this bogus or does this guy have the inside scoop on something?

sorry bud that guy is trying to scam you, he is likely trying to sell you his buttload of frozen ecto.

does anyone know when this wintersday is over what will become of the cc shards and frzn ecto?

will it be worth anything anymore or will it just be obsolite?

Wintersday traditionally ends at the end of Jan 1st and the cc shards and frozen ecto will just stay in your inventory *unless you use them* and they will just be around until the next wintersday and may have some use then.. it isn't like they will magically disappear.

I know i still had some CC shards left over from last year that i've added to this year, so i can't imagine anything happening to them.

It's just stupid rumor's by people trying to sell their frozen ecto's for more. I'd seriously doubt ANet would actually implement that.. just a silly scam that gets pulled whenever there are special event's and the like.
