Found one in a chest, not quite perfect and has a high req....

FIERY DADAO SWORD OF SWORDSMANSHIP

Max Dam, Req.12, +15% Dam, -5 NRG, +1 Swords. 19%.

Is it worth upgrading at all? If it is, what would it be worth then?

don't upgrade it...~5-10k, hard sell though. not very highly bought
