Mending Question

Hi i have a W/Mo, does mending count as an enchantment (it says enchantment spell) so i can use swords that have 15% dmg when enchanted?

yes, you can use that sword regardless if you have an enchantmen on you or not. However while you have mending (or any other enchantment) you will recieve that bonus and do 15% more damage to your enemies while you are enchanted..however if something removes your enchantment then you do not do that extra 15% damage.
