Ok, apologies now if I am asking a silly question, others may find it obvious but I don't know the answer and have searched high n low to find an answer!

I bought 'Mark of Rodgort' with my ele in Ring of Fire.

However, no skill trainers show this for my P/E

It worked for other Ele skills.

This skill is Prophecies only skill so only skilltrainers acros Tyria will have it for you. Your P/E is trying to buy this skill in Tyria? If yes I dunno what happened, if no you got your answer

Also, did you unlock it on that specific pve character? It could be that you've unlocked it on a other character, and in that case you'll have to unlock it (just as the above poster said) by a tyrian skill trainer

Skill trainers will only sell unlocked core skills and skills that are from their own chapter and unlocked. So, for example, my monk could not buy dwayna's kiss or Gift of health in Nightfall.
