Once again, a newbie question I'm afraid... I've searched the forum, and googled in, and still there is no straight answer - so forgive the question;
In Guild Wars Nightfall - What classes CAN have tattoos? And where do you get them? Is there a merchant? If so what city?
(Please note - as a noob *hangs head in shame* I have not got vastly far yet (i.e. not the other huge land mass across the sea yet) so if you know of a tattoo merchant near the beginning cities, that would be more helpful.)
