This is boring........

Anyone else bored? ive been playing for about 13 months and im just....bored.

I mean ive tried pve and it was fun for most of the year but then it got boring because ive done it all and it started to get real small.

then i went to pvp and its the same thing again and again.....Go from Round to Roundwinning or losing agaisnt other teams....Granted builds are most of the time differnt but a lot of the times it gets boring with SF,RAO and Holding running crazy and I seem to vs one of em each round it just got boring losing and losing and losing.


So now i got nuthing left to this game.....U can say just farm its fun but farming farming farming whats the reward...Money....The money u buy wepons or armor that u use to farm or run....its just a small game

With WoW theres over 4million players u can attack any of the other factions when ever u want there are 80 man raids over 50 instances (like elite missions we only have 4 or something) and almost everywhere ugo theres life.....For example if u jump off the boat at a place called booty bay and u go down u can farm sharksand fish if u run through the dessert you can burry into the sand and kill scarabs. theres battle grounds all different kinds of things



Is there anything in guildwars that never gets boring? nope pvp and pve both boring....I barley play now anyway...I just play WII and Guitar hero for PS2 so unless anyone has something to mention that seems unbelivabley fun and will never get boring (impossible) you wont be seeing me around guild wars often

Take a break from the game and play some WoW.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out. All that whining is giving me sore ears.

That is the best part of the no monthly fee structure - if you are bored you can set the game aside for as long as you want without it costing you a penny more.

If you desire to play again in a year it will be there waiting for you.

QFT. Frankly, seeing as I've never seen OP do anything but whine, I think the game will get by fine without him.

It's also pretty funny that he seems to think being bored after playing something for 13 months straight in some way negatively reflects on the game. I'm trying to remember ever getting that much gameplay out of a game before...

Don't be fooled, WoW has the same "do the same shit over and over" syndrome.

I used to have those thoughts sometimes but when those comes up I go ahead and play Zelda : TP sweeT ^^ Then after awhile I will get my GW feeling back so play again. ^^
I agree with Kakumei that WoW has the same shit over and over. WoW = LF Better Gear. GW = Dunno fun?

You said yourself "FARM" AND "BG" (Battleground) = PvP except that you dont have the 8 skill limit. GW is a downgradged version of WoW but with story.

I've had the game for 17 months now and I hate to say it but I am getting a little tired.

You paid $50, and you only got 13 months of fun out of it.

I'd say you file a class-action lawsuit towards Anet, for completely ripping you off.

What's funny is, that I got bored of WoW after 12 days.

Hrm, maybe you didn't notice, but everything in GW is instanced. So if you add up all the missions (25+20+13) and the elite areas (FoW, SF, Urgoz, Deep, UW, ToPK, DoA) you'll see we have a total of 65 organized 'instances', not to mention all the quests and farming runs people go on.

If you're such a WoW advocate, why don't you go and play it?

Go play WoW and don't come back.

You say you've done everything there is to do in PvE. Just to check then, have you?

Played all campaigns?
Completed all missions in all campaigns?
Completed all quests in all campaigns?
Got protector on all campaigns?
Got 100% exploration on all compaigns?
Completed FOW, UW, SF, DOA and ALL the titan quests?
Have you got all end game 15k armors from all campaigns for your main character?
Have you got all alternative 15k armors from all campaigns for your main characters?
Have you capped all the elite skills for your main character from all campaigns?
Have you bought all the normal skills for your main character from all campaigns?
Have you got all elite and normal skills, from all campaigns for your main secondary?
Have you played all the professions?
Have you achieved KOABD?
Have you achieved EKU? or what ever thats called.
Have you got Osideon armor for your main character?
Have you unlocked all secondaries?

Assuming youve got NF;

Have you got all Heroes including Razah?
Have you leveled all of them up?
Have you equipped them all with greens or max weapons?
Have you got them all some version of elite armor?

Thinks of more......

If your a ranger, or you have one, have you caught a Black Moa, or Elder UW spider, or tamed an Elder anything?

Have you vainly dyed all your armor black just to look impressive?

Have you spent days on end earning faction points fighting in FA in Cantha?




Thats all I can think in PvE. I might add more if I can think of anything.

But i know how you feel. I have my ele through all 3 games, got all 3 end game armors, done most quests, got all heroes, got all protectors and all 100% explorations.

I havent alot else to do, or I cant because its hard to get parties together for the quests ive missed.

I would just take a break from the game.... or go back to WoW if you find it so much better.
