I start the match by running as first. I put Earth Attunment, StoneFlesh Aura and Mystic Regeneration on. Now i have +9 hp rege and good dmg reduction.
I go close to enemy and use Sandstorm. Normally enemy would run away from it, but i use right after that Gale, that knocks the enemy down. Then I use Aftershock that gives a nice amount of dmg when the enemy is knocked down. SandStorm is making dmg all the time ofc.
