I'm stuck in the game

I have a lvl 12 D/Mo and Me/N on Nightfall. I've done all the quests I can get and all the missions I could. I cannot find any other place to go or any other quests to do. I'm stuck and can't do anything else. I never had this problem in Tyria.

I can go to the Consulate Docks(I got a ferry there to get armor) but I think that mission is for lvl 20's and higher people in Elona? There are a lot of lvl 20's there and I assume I shouldn't try to do that mission.

Can anyone tell me where to go or what to do next?

This is all the land I've explored and done all the quests I could do.

on your maps, we see 2 missions (except consulate but you can't do it now)
but on the island, there are 3 missions. you missed one (this one is located in south of jokanur)

You missed a town too.On your first map, where 'close' button is, there's a town where you'll find quests

As i already said, don't limit yourself to go linear...Some quests accomplished bring other quests in cities where you went before...(in sunspear great hall, you can find a lot of quests given by Puuba)

So explore each town again

You probably don't have a high enough sunspear rank. Try getting the blessings from the sunspear scouts at rez shrines, then kill those monsters to get points.

Ok, thanks guys. I had looked in all the towns before I did Jonakur Diggings mission(I was a Sunspear Captain) and after I did it I assumed everything would be the same. I had to get one quest in Kamadan then I had more quests in other places.
