WTB req 3 spear

Hi!

I wanna buy a spear that meets ALL of the following requirements:
- requirement 3 or less
- damage 10-15 or more
- has inscription slot (full or empty, doesn't matter)

If you think you have a spear like this, please reply here with stats and offer. (Skin does not matter at all.)

P.S.: Before you start wondering... no, it's not a noob weapon for a level 3 character. I intend to use it for the rest of my paragon life. I'll upgrade it with components and inscription that will make it a perfect weapon with a low requirement. And yes, this means that I'll pay for it more than 500 gold.

Also, if the damage is less by one or two points, it still might qualify. What are really important to me are the low attribute requirement and the inscription.
