Hi, I am having huge trouble playing GW, when I go to a new zone the map loads very slowly, even though it says it's at 100% it just sits there, while the computer screams away. Once it's loaded I check the ping and it's at 11,000, while I'm in the game it's not so slow(still below standards). I have tried defraging, it makes no difference. Getting rid of spyware(have Zonealarm) Running Advanced Windows Care and using CCleaner
Specs:
Intel P4 2.5Ghz
512MB RAM
NVIDIA Geforce4 MX 420 64MB
DSL(live in New Zealand so pretty slow, but not that bad, about 800Mbps)
Is it my video card? I can't upgrade to a good card like the 6600GT because of my 200W PSU. Even with a 200W PSU could I still get by with a cheap 5700 or something?
I played prophecies a while back and I don't remember it being so slow, I know Nightfall needs more but when I play Prophecies it's just as bad.

This happened to me a while ago and again this past week.
It will load up and hang for a while. I use a little usb device to connect to wireless network. It has a little light that flashes when it is receiving information. I have noticed that when it loads up and pauses for a long time the light doesn't flash, so I suspected that it was my connection.
It may be a firewall, or something like that?
