Monk Wannabe?

I've been tinkering around with Wind Prayers, trying to figure what can be done with it.

I'm not sure if anyone's done anything like this before, but...

Signet of Pious Light (function is obvious)
Vital Boon (setup for self-spikeheal/Cover?)
Vow of Piety (virtually a 0-cost party heal)
Mystic Healing (nice spammable Multi-heal)
Arcane Zeal [Elite] (Energy Management =D)
Featherfoot Grace (forces conditions to expire faster, and a running skill?)
Imbue Health (Spike heal?)
[Free]

Generally speaking...
this is to be used strictly as a healing build for Dervishes.
I'm sure there are PLENTY of holes in this build, and it is in NO WAY optimized.
I'm sure with the extra energy management in the form of Mysticism and Arcane Zeal, coupled with relatively powerful healing skills and 10 extra armor, they can prove to be quite formidable monks.

However, incorrect stacking order can completely break the efficiency of this build.

Enchant stripping at inopportune times does the same.

Comments/Suggestions?

[Note I didn't put any attribute levels/Insignias/Weapon/focus. That is because I cannot figure out the optimum balance between them all. Help please?]

hmm I dunno about the build, all I know is that the title is likely to get you flamed, for future reference, don't use the word wannabe in the title. Just some friendly advice.

It's messed up, you've got mystic healing that requires enchantments, and signet of piety which strips your enchantments.
