Monk Basics Sticky

Um, I was looking over it and I think it should be updated. Sure it was written a long time ago but it is called "Monk Basics" and is a sticky in the Monk Forum. Ensign would scoff at any of those builds if they were posted today (at least I think he would given his tone throughout these boards) and he's the author of the thread.
