Im very new to GW but have played MMOs for years (DAOC, WoW, AO, EQ etc)

I have some very basic questions:

My focus is PvP so I bought Nightfall; question is are pve developed characters better than pvp 'ready unlocked' characters?

Also can someone guide me to a decent Euro/UK guild - I play in Europe but can't see Euro servers (which is odd) - are they all American?

PvE and PvP Characters are no different as far as PvP goes..
As for the European districts not appearing, when you log on Guild Wars click on Edit Account (on the character select screen) then Change Territory.

btw what happens when the green bar reaches the end of level 20 - more attribute points?

more skill points, which are used, along with gold to buy skills.

200 is max attr points.
