Tyrian Armor Skins ?

I have seen all the armor skins for Night Fall and most are pretty cool looking and pretty much everything is posted on Guild Wikki, but is Tyrian armor available to us Elonians ? I guess I need to check this out but is the 15 K or even the normal skins able to be bought once a character comes over from Istan to Tyria ? I would like to see some posts and screens if it's able to be done by those that have done it.

Core classes can get any armor.
Assassins and Ritualists can get Factions and Nightfall armor, but not Prophecies armor.
Dervishes and Paragons can only get Nightfall armor.
