Is there anyone else out there that thinks there should be NPC's that will allow you to make your own skills. I think that this should be introduced.
The NPC would ask you for the skill info and then tell you what is required to do this. In this case would be mission’s that would need to be done so that this would keep people from just buying the materials. If would also require that u have other skills that come form the premade skill set so that you would have prior experience using these types of skills. if anyone else has any ideas on what could be done to make this a viable option for the game please post because I think that this could make this game much more interesting to play and open up many different types of builds to use. I also think that this would make the game much more life like.
