Friends/Guildies...where are they?
Wabbit1
Don't you hate it when you have to ask your friends/fellow guildies where and what they are doing?. So I would like to see a little information about what your friends/guildies are doing, where they are (town, district, quest, mission, continent or simply afk). Perhaps all this information could be accessible via another window, where all your friends/guildies are listed with the above information. Of course one would have an option to stay "private" if you don't want your location or what ever you're doing discosed.
Maybe this has been suggested before, I tried the search but could not find anything relating to this. I'd appreciate any feedback/comments. Hehe thanks for listening

It's been suggested a number of times. And it's still not a very good idea. It really isn't that hard to ask what people are up to.

Not A Fifty Five
Well, if they're a friend just harass them till they answer :P And if you don't know them then chances are they're one of the 400000000000000000 bad communicators of gw. "Is that a yes" "....." "Well?" "...." "....." "....." "no"
Thargor
Don't really ever have this problem in our guild. Voice chat is a wonderful thing. No need to type anything and no matter how busy anyone is they can always answer a question or just chat while doing other things.

Hmm it does sound like a good idea. Having yet another window is a no no. I would prefer to put my pointer over them on my friends/guild list and see all the info.

In Everquest 2 there was a location beside people's names in the guild window and the friends window. Unless that person was /anonymous, then it wouldn't say where they were.
I only used that information to sneak up on friends and family.
I once made a new character on the opposing side and saw my guild leader was at home. So I snuck into the city and into his house and jumped on his bed. After a while of confusion, I let him know it was me playing around. We had fun.

If I want to tell you where I am, that's my business. Redfeather, please PM me with the details of you and your guild leader having "fun" in bed. I'm quite interested in the offspring... **Hasn't eaten in 2 days**
Lets Get to Healing
Player 1 was harassed by Player 2. Player 1 leaves. Player 2 tracks down Player 1. Player 2 continues . . and continues.

It wasn't like that! He had a a little bed recieved as a quest reward in his crafting room. I was a halfling and ran into the crafting room, and then started jumping up and down on the little bed.
Halflings make really annoying sounds when they jump. He hates halflings!
I'd also run up and point at things, then turn to him and stare for a bit.
I suppose it was all good considering how mind numbing crafting can be in that game. It gave him something to make fun of while he was crafting.

Normally I'd have thought you were kidding, but my avatar is frightened senseless of your avatar! Look, she's screaming in fear! (it's hard to tell in the avatar pic, but the baby has pink pajamas).
Ahhhh, dinna eat me! Just give me some minoxidil.
That's one mean looking mesmer you have.
Is that the 15k endgame mask? I've only managed to save up enough for the puny 10k one which does not look nearly as menacing as that one!
You look like an oni from asian fantasy.

Been suggested before as many have said.
I think it was shot down for one thing mainly.
Cyber Stalking, you dont need permission to have someone on your friends list, so you could follow somebody around alot, and possibly cause some discomfort to them, atleast if you pm someone annoyingly they can block you, but whats it when they can show up wherever you go and just emote infront of you or w/e.
A true friend or guild mate would say where they were, and if they needed help or not when you asked, so just leave it at that.

Already been suggested, and is usually frowned upon.
