Guild Wars has some crazy names.
I never saw names like....
Plastic Underpants
Raging Homeless
Master of all Gods
...until I started playing this game.
Do you all purposely misspell your names?

This is somewhat akin to the Americans complaining that all the Japanese and Chinese names are so difficult to pronounce -- why don't they just speak English? Well, other people like the names they pick, so leave them alone... |
And think of it this way, if people aren't corrected in their mistakes then they will never learn.

It makes me smile when you see somone who was probably aiming for 'Angel this/that/the other', but instead they've ended up with 'Angle of Death', 'Healing Angle' etc.

Thing is, I've seen countless Male Rangers named:
Legolas the Ranger
Legolaz the Ranger
Legolas teh Ranger
Legoluz the Ranger
Legolas the Rahnger
and so on and so forth...

Rants are generally discouraged on these forums, and as this has little to do with Guild Wars as a whole, and is unlikely to make any kind of impact on the target audience, I'm just going to close this.
For the record, this forum has a policy against mangled english, and we will not hesitate to delete indecipherable posts. The occasional typo or abbreviation is perfectly fine, but making entire posts brimming with them is not. Not really on topic, just something loosely related.
