Some people are saying the higher districts are bugged. I'm in LA 99(which has apparently been here from the start) and we've not had it yet. Other threads are saying similar things about high districts in Kamadan.

I saw presents in Kamadan AD64 - in places that you couldn't reach. I'm currently in AD59 and there are no presents in the places that you can't reach. And there's also a large riot brewing..

I would have thought Anet would have gone to the trouble of actually makeing sure they would spawn in all districts....I mean, I would have thought they might have tested something like this beforehand....

i totally agree.. this is something they really need to deal with or hire some of us ... on all time zones so we can take care of what is needed as it happens..

I was late - arrived about a quarter past the hour, but figured I'd still get in on the event at a higher district. I waited in Europe English 13 until around 8:45GMT - nothing happened. According to others the event got as far as district 11, then stopped.
It looks like the script doesn't pick-up districts that open "late".

Looks like district hopping isn't possible (at least on euro servers). I tried several after getting the antlers in eng 1, but they'd all finished or didn't seem to be getting the event. Oh, well - guess I'm going to be afk'ing low level districts for the next 3 visits/9 hours. No biggie, but I would have prefered to be sorted in 2.

I was at 9:00 in Lions for Grenth's horns, went 12:00 in Lions in dis 22 for Dwayne her Xmas hat and 12:15 I went to Kamadan dis 26 for Dwayne Snowman hat. Afther that I switched to Dis 35 to get grenths joker hat, but there was a bug.
There was a guildy of mine in dis 35 in Kamadan just before 12:15, so when I got the Snowman hat I went dis 35 to get the another one, but the event wasn't started yet in that dis. Afther like 35 minutes it still didn't, so are higher districts bugged or what? Everything above 34 didn't go the games from the event, that's really sad, and there are people really angry because they have waiten 3 hours and didn't get the event game.
