Pixelated Textures on Armor

Hi guys
I am encountering this 'problem' of armors n occasionally plains,floors etc
looking sort of 'blur' and pixelated
Yes i have latest drivers for my x1950pro and latest direct X available
I have 'maxed' all the settings for graphics in the options, and it still looks pixelated. I have 2gb of rams.
anyway to solve this??
