Non max Colossal Scimitar - Worthless?

I've just had a Gold Colossal Scimitar, Req 9, drop, but its only 12-17. Its got a Don't fear the Reaper 19% inscription, swordsmanship +1 (19%), and Lengthen deep wounds 33% mods.
I'm guessing the fact its not max makes it worthless?

Not really. A non max elemental sword or dead sword could fetch something if they are gold and inscribable (+5 energy). People might use it for their casters for +5 energy and +20% enchant or +30 health. So i believe you can still get something out of it, considering the fact that colossal scimitar is even rarer than any other swords in nf. But how much u get really depends on how much people are willing to pay just for the skin.

I would guess something at least 50k. Just a rough guess. Believe u could get more.

honestly i would say 75k+ easily. very rare skin
