Does it look good? I like ebon dust aura a lot, it allows you to combine damage and shutdown, and a running stance is very useful for chasing down warriors going for your casters, but I'm not sure which running stance is best. It's a PvE build btw.

Um...this looks like a bad PvP build being used for PvE. First of all you don't need to chase down warriors as your casters will not run that far, so running is not needed. I like your inclusion of distracting blow, but I think disrupting daggers is better. Why use flail though? It lasts only 5 seconds and slows you down...Use Heart of Fury...MUCH better. Lets see... you have no self-heals, which is the halmark of Dervs. You have no earth-damage enchants, so Ebon Dust will only work if you have an ebon scythe (congrats if you do). Mystic Sweep can only do max +20 damage because you only have 2 enchants.

For Ebon Dust build in PvP, you are trying to shut down very dangerous melee mobs... like Shiro or DoA. And if you are tanking Shiro, you need to have condition removal in your party so that your (and the warrior's ) stance-end attack hit after you have blined him and he has returned the favor. So my suggestion is to build like this:
(with an Ebon Scythe like Bubahl's Grasp)
Mystic Sweep. Ebon Dust Aura, Wild Blow, Heart of Fury, Mystic Regen, Vital Boon, Pious Restoration or Signet of Pious Light. Res Sig

If no ebon scythe, sub Staggering Force for either Heart of Fury or Vital Boon.

Assuming you have an ebon-scythe, another option for Domain of Anguish and other elite areas is:
Mystic Sweep. Ebon Dust Aura, Conviction, Heart of Fury, Mystic Regen, Aura of Santicty, Pious Restoration or Signet of Pious Light. Res Sig

This will give you fairly OK tanking ability while doing DPS with heart of Fury.

Lyssia's Assault/Chilling Victory, Mystic Sweep, Wild blow, Ebon Dust, Heart of Fury, Vital Boon/Mystic Regen, Signet of Pious Light/Conviction, Res Sig

If you pick Chilling Victory your going to want Vital boon (to give you higher hp) insted of Mystic Regen. Also if you want Signet Of Pious Light you want Vital Boon aswell(great synergy).

Lyssia's Assault: Activates Ebon Dust and gives you energy back
Chilling Victory: Really high damage if your able to activate secondary effect
Mystic Sweep: Really good quick attack to finish something off
Wild Blow: Ends those annoying ranger evasion stances
Ebon Dust: BLINDS!
Heart of Fury: Really fast attack with burning at the end
Mystic Regen: Alot of enchantments mean ALOT of regen. Good for tanking
Vital Boon: Great synergy with Chilling Victory and Signet of Pious Light
Signet of Pious Light: Gives target health but removes an enchantment from yourself
Conviction: +24 armor while enchanted makes for a good tank

chilling victory looks pretty waek compared to victorous sweep. +20 and 60 cold damage, compared to +62 dmg at the same cost and recharge... it only looks better if I fight lvl 20 casters, and victorious sweep is a self heal as well (80 health every 4 to 10 seconds is about equal to the 6 regen I'd get from mystic regen, as long as I don't kite). Not that I've tried chilling victory a lot.

I actully manage to keep up flail constantly as long as the enmy isn't moving, problem is that monters move around so much... but the high energy cost and low duration on heart of fury puts me off a bit. But if I play in an erae where I need wild blow I guess I'll have to take heart of fury instead of flail.

I believe I have little need of tanking skills, since dust aura makes me near invincible to warriors, and other party members seem to die before I do. I'm still in Vabbi though.

I use different skills for mine and it works like a champ.

[skill]Mystic Sweep[/skill][skill]Reap Impurities[/skill][skill]Faithful Intervention[/skill][skill]Heart of Fury[/skill][skill]Aura of Thorns[/skill][skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill][skill]Ebon Dust Aura[/skill][skill]Rebirth[/skill]

The principle is simple. Put on Intervention, Heart of Fury, Ebon dust aura and mystic regeneration before combat. Run in hit Aura of thorns to snare. Use Mystic sweep to lay your blind then reap impurities for a nice hunk of healing. You also apply bleeding and burning when Heart of Fury and Aura of thorns fail. So you have the potential to lay down 4 seperate conditions with this build and keep self healed for an obscene amount with high enough scythe mastery, 75 per hit at 16.

EDIT: Replaced Vital Boon with Mystic Regeneration. Much better survivability.
