I'm stuck in Nightfall

I bought nightfall as it came out, so before a lot of fixes were applied. I just completed a mission, and I was given a quest, something about a note. Anyways, I didnt do it right away, I actually was cleaning up my quest, getting rid of most of them, and I got rid of that quest. I was curious if I could have my nightfall campgin restarted and just start-a-scratch. I wouldn't mind doing most of it over.. 0.o

if you did abandon the quest, you can pick it up again from a npc, check guild wiki, it has the order of missions[and quests afterwards to get to the next mission] of nightfall

Anyways, I looked at your link and found out I need to beat Crossroads, which I did. Then I should talk to Lonai, except she doesnt have the Mysterious Message quest she should... what to do?

So.. could I have anet reset my status on nightfall ONLY? Or make it so they can deactive my key and reinstate me a new one so it's all started over again? Anything, just please let me know what you are doing before ya do it =) Thanks.

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but i think you need to do the "Cemetary of Dunahm" mission, which is north/bit east of Sunspear Sanctuary (i think i had to do that one before Lonai would give me the Mysterious Message quest)...

M5. Venta Cemetery -> Kamadan, Jewel of Istan
Q. The Council is Called -> Consulate
Q. To Vabbi! -> Sunspear Sanctuary
Q. Centaur Blackmail -> Kodonur Crossroads
M6. Kodonur Crossroads -> Sunspear Sanctuary
Q. Mysterious Message -> Jahai Bluffs

Go back even further, that is check the npc:s with "To Vabbi!" & "Centaur Blackmail".
http://gw.gamewikis.org has the missions also in order incase you need to look up the npc:s for them.
ArenaNet support does not reset "keys" nor any ingame individual account changes.

Also there is no need to delete quests, there is no limit on how many you can have at once (especially never delete main quests, those can be real hard to find again).

just find out where you got up to (look at your map, etc) and then look for the next primary quest/mission.

Honestly if you wanna restart (basically) just delete all of your characters (that you made in nightfall) and remake them. However if it was a character you brought over, im pretty sure thats impossible to "reset" it. However like Jello stated (in his post of quests) dont ever delete primary quests. These are quests you MUST do to progress in the game. Deleting these usually wont let you move on throughout the game.. except in tyria.
